Sarfraz Ahmad born on 16 Feb 1948 at Chock Dalgiran in Lahore. He became HAFIZ E QUR'AN in 1963 from JAMIA NAEEMIA and in 1966 he awarded with the cirtificate of TAJWEED O QIRAT. In 1971, he completed his eight year of DARS E NAZAMI (ISLAMIC SCIENCES) course from JAMIA NAEEMIA. In 1975, he completed his master in Arabic from University of Punjab and he got the Gold medle in FAZAL E ARABI from Lahore board. In 1976, he got the degree of master in Islamyiat from University of Punjab. In 1978, he has done with his specialization in ULOOM E ARABIA WA ISLAMIA from ULAMA academy auqaf Lahore. In 1986, he went to the JAMIA AL AZHAR, EGYPT and titled with FAZAL E ULOOM ISLAMIA. He completed his PhD in 1991 from University of Punjab and renowned as Dr Sarfraz Hussain Naeemi.
After his father's death, in 1998, he assigned the duty to take care of Jamia naeemia. During his time period he brought good name to Jamia naeemia with his remarkable struggles. In 2001, he was selected as the NAZIM of Tanzeem ul madaress Pakistan. When he was selected as NAZAM, Tanzeem ul madrasas had only 1500 madaress but now we have more than 7000 madaress. It was possible just because of his struggles. In 2000, he also founded the Naeemian association Pakistan. Which assigned social, educational and religious duties to perform.
During the time period of President Musharaf, when the debate was started to remove 295/c. He founded a Tanzim and named as TAHAFZ E NAMOOS RISALAT MAHAZ. And president Msharaf decided to take back his decision and proclaimed that the rule will be as it was. Later on he started a movement angaist the posters published from Norway and Denmark, about THE HOLY PROPHET ﷺ . He was jailed for three month in this regard.
To preach Islam he not only worked in Pakistan but he went to Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Hindustan, South Africa, Malta united kingdom and many others countries. He also launched a Fatwa angaist sucide bombers and called this act as Haram.
Later on on 12 June 2009, when he was sitting in the main office of JAMIA NAEEMIA after the jumma prayer. He was also attacked by the sucide bomber. And maryter with his four soul sons. He burried in JAMIA NAEEMIA Lahore beside his father grave.
Every year on 12 June, Naeemians accross the world used to organize program on 12 June to pay tribute to his hard struggles for Islam and Pakistan. And JAMIA NAEEMIA Lahore also organized program for his FATIAH E KHWANI and to pay tribute to his struggles and enlighten his educations.
